You check in and check out using the terminal in the lobby. There’s no reception, and everything is designed for maximum user-friendliness. If you have questions, simply go next door to the ROAD HOUSE DINER during opening hours, where there will always be someone available to lend a helping hand.

You will find the check-in terminal in the hotel lobby, where you can check in any time. First touch the screen to select whether you have “booked in advance” or have “no advance booking.” If you have already made a reservation, enter your surname in the relevant field. If you did not book in advance, an available room will be suggested to you for you to book directly.

Our terminal will automatically guide you through the check-in procedure, which ends with payment by debit or credit card. You will automatically be given your room card and an invoice. Please note that, depending on your credit card company or bank, you may have to enter your card’s PIN number in order to complete the payment. If your stay is being paid for you, you do not require a card.

You can cancel via the booking portal up to 6 p.m. on the day of arrival free of charge. Your reservation confirmation from us contains a cancellation PIN. Enter this in the top right of our order screen to cancel the booking.

You can pay in cash at the adjacent ROAD HOUSE DINER during its opening hours.

You will find forms for requesting an invoice addressed to a company in the lobby. We process completed forms every day, so you will receive the documents you require quickly by mail or email.

The staff in the ROAD HOUSE DINER will gladly help you with any questions or problems you have. We can be reached via an emergency number when the DINER is closed. You will find this on the check-in terminal.

Generally, booked rooms are available from 2 p.m. If you wish to access your room before 2 p.m., there is an additional charge of 49 euros. Guests must vacate their rooms by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

Occupied rooms are fully cleaned and towels are replaced every three days. We make a visual inspection and remove any garbage every day. If you need fresh towels in the meantime, please just ask us.

Yes. We will generally invoice your employer, etc., on receiving confirmation either by fax or email. However, we would kindly ask you not to use this method if your bill is less than 150 euros.
